About

I have curly brownish hair, blue eyes, glasses, long, skinny fingers, pale skin with the occasional freckle, abnormally long fingernails for a guy (I'm too lazy to cut them, and it helps with the guitar), and I'm about average height.
I enjoy fancy clothes - generally old-fashioned suits and sweaters and things from thrift stores - so my avatar is a pretty good rendition of me. I'd just need to get a fancy hat and monocle. And an eldritch floating clock.

I'm a numbers guy; I'm majoring in physics, so that should say something about my love of math. I can't draw to save my life, and I have a thing for people who can. I play a little classical guitar now and then to unwind. I enjoy such nerdy pastimes as tabletop RPGs and retro video games, the kind that come in a cartridge. I also really like music. I spend a lot of time looking up new artists, and have a wide-ranging taste in music, though I especially enjoy house/dance music. I am a bit spastic in real life, but it doesn't reflect too much in my writing. I am a fan of the dry-er, intellectual sort of humor, a style generally associated with British humor.

About Roleplays:
I love 'em! I'm a fairly literate roleplayer, but I often have a difficult time categorizing myself, so this section is largely for the benefit of those wishing to roleplay with me. I get mildly annoyed when people use improper spelling and grammar, but as long as posts are readable, I'll usually just suck it up and ignore the errors. What I really get annoyed about is poor roleplay etiquette (not something I usually have to worry about in more advanced threads), and a lack of creativity (the reason I avoid most series-based roleplays). I prefer roleplays with elements of fantasy, but I look for the more unusual elements (i.e. I'm looking to start a roleplay about dreams). I also do modern day/near future sci-fi type roleplays. Feel free to PM me for more information. I'm usually looking for new threads.

I have recently returned to Gaia after several months hiatus. In the future, should you RP with me, expect such hiatuses (hiati? haiti? ^.^) over the summer months.
