Be sure to stretch your legs after every workout otherwise you will lose flexibility. My friend didn't do that and he does MMA so he lost flexibility in his legs and it is a weakness. He was surprised the other day when I kicked him in the head without stretching during a mock fight.

They work different muscles. Lance Corporal Krebs uses ankle weights and he looks like a nerd lol xD
Vests work your core and your back as well as anything below the waistline. Ooh my sister crashed my car lol
