..Yeah, they can. Everything you do on Gaia logs your IP, stores cookies etc. He's dumb, because if he get's caught again, he's already flagged..which could get his IP banned. Then he won't be able to make another account on Gaia & play off his IP, unless he switches his ISP. Oh well. It's best you do it the "legal" way..or else your going to end up just getting s**t tooken from you..over & over again. Once you get "caught" you'll always be "caught" & they will look for reasons to ban you. ¬.¬ Unless of course, you "be good". ;D..
