Vendui!

I'm Hwesta, for all intents and purposes on the internet, and I stole the name from the main character in my major story series, Defenders of the Forest (DotF). So, if I ever refer to a Hwesta in third person and it doesn't sound like I'm talking about myself, that's who it is.

As I'm sure you guessed by the above statement, I write. I love to write, and don't do it near as often as I should. Mostly I spend my time plotting what torments I'm going to inflict on my poor characters when I do get around to writing! I nominally write short stories, but short is a relative term, right? Most of my major projects are going to be novella size, if not full fledged novels. Content is fantasy. Lots and lots of fantasy. Mostly high fantasy, but a little modern.

I also like to draw, doll and do various things on the computer, including write, code, MSN, browse websites, recolor various aspects of it and work on my website. I love making layouts! I don't draw very much, but I tend to make up for that dolling. If you aren't sure what dolling is, go to my site, or xandorra.net, or stvgr.net/dhf and look at some experts. It's a form of computer art.

What else is there to say about me? I live in the west coast of Canada, and was born in Washington, USA. I'm eccentric and proud of it, love my hobbies and my friends, and am a Catholic. I procrastinate waaaaay too much, so if you send me an email or u2u, as they're called here, I will reply, just not necessarily soon.
