The supervisor from the Dispatch Management Division of the Shinigami, William T. Spears exists for one purose: to reap the souls of the dead. Dry, often to the point of being cruel and tactless, his sole purpose seems to be in fulfilling his job to the letter. He often waxes as calm and collected, though beneath the surface lurks something close to an inability to fear. His need for orderliness and structure often prevent him from keeping touch with human emotions. He has an extreme dislike of overtime work and those who cause him extra work. More than overtime, he detests demons. Stand between him and his job and he may also learn to detest you.

Be aware that William is something of a cruel character. He does not exist for right or wrong and will not pity your character. He exists to reap souls-- for no other purpose. William probably does not care about your character. Indifference is a good start toward caring. If you would like to change this, please be patient. I will not go out of my way to be a jerk to your character. Reapers cannot die due to physical injury-- I'm not even sure they die.
