BTW, R trained M incorrectly. Shocker! M told me yesterday how she screened and I told her how to do it properly. She was looking for something that's not part of our job. And then W talked about how he's going to look at his finances seriously this holiday to see if he can retire soon. eek

Warning! Rant time! It's your birthday today so hopefully you won't read this until tomorrow. I just have to rant and you are the perfect person for this one.

Here goes!!!

Ok, so W comes in at 1:15pm today. By 1:30pm, I'm standing at his desk yelling at him for doing my job. Something of note is that both M & J are at their desks. I'm also not being quiet as I've truly lost my temper. I think it's mostly pent up anger towards W. Anyway, W had sent an email approving a spot I was actually reviewing as his email went through. It's clearly my job. It's clearly day to day work. WTF?! And that's basically what I asked him. There's more to the story but I opted for gold instead of keeping it stealth. wink Beyond angry at him. Just waiting for R to show up and make a comment about it. Not sure if I'll hold my tongue.

I saw they canceled in NY. I hadn't seen AWA but I'm not surprised. I think it's an expense thing. It gets expensive to go to cons and what benefit does Gaia really have from them? Not much that I can think of to justify the money it costs to fly someone all over the country.
