hello i am Emily Young i am Sam Uley's fianceé, second cousin to Leah Clearwater and Seth Clearwater, and Claire's aunt.

me and Leah are second cousins, but we were said to be like sisters. Sam had been dating Leah when he imprinted on me, which caused conflict between me and leah and ruined are friendship. I am like a second mother to the pack as i cook and care for them on regular occasions, while being treated like part of the pack in return. I has three long scars on the right hand side of my face, and one long scar reaching down my arm, which were inflicted by Sam when he lost his temper and changed into his wolf form - i was standing right next to him at the time. Everyone was led to believe that the scars were from a bear attack. I have black hair and is said to have been beautiful before the scars. According to Jacob, Sam feels pain every time he sees the scars. I still have beautiful features, though the scars drag them down on one half of my face.
