Where it saysm 'My Gaia', put your mouse over that and it should give you some choses. Click 'Account Settings'. Once there, it should give you a few settings to change up and what not. In the top right corner of those settings, there should be one that says 'Recieve PMs:'. You mark the Yes circle. Then just hit 'Save All Changes' at the bottom and you should be good to go.
