Confetti Cupcake is a baker that has just recently moved to Tokyo, Japan. While working in a Dessert Shoppe for most of his life that he can remember, he has come to find that inside himself is something far much more scarier. Coming to find that he was cursed at birth with immortality and a literal split personality, he has come to find over the years how to manage it to a decent level of publicity. Although he is struck with the sudden want to wear women's clothing and frequently take upon wigs, he finds that this settles his mood swings in between his split personality attacks.

Not having many friends, and never going to school, he knows nothing of much of the world and its contents. Living alone and content with his life so far, he has come to find that sweets are his passion and making them is his life.
