Day-
A beautiful sunrise
A hott afternoon
Peaceful evening
And a silver moon
Star across the sky
I look up and think
Another day goes by

Izar-
I snuck out tonight,
Tonight of all nights
I sat alone upon a hill, under the stars
Away from city lights and cars
Moon flowers bloomed and reaching to the night sky
Baby birds taking a risk and ready to fly

I look to the brightest star
And remembered when I tried to catch it
but it was to far
A tear drips down my face at the memories

I thank the star for all its done for me
because its not a star, but it is he
my brother...
who loved looking at the night sky
then I didn't know why
now I know

He loved one specific star
He watched it from behind bars
I forgot my name a few years after his death...

I renamed myself after his favorite star
And my name is now...
Izar....
