About

Because of natural consequences, the Universe itself tends to take care of the situation on its own, without you having to intervene on its behalf. The example that my mother gave me is one when she was a girl (i.e., when the dinosaurs were dropped off on Planet Earth by the aliens responsible for creating us).

Mom was friends with this girl, and they used to play together regularly. One day, the girl stole mom's notebook. Now mom, being the smart one that she was, had written her name on the front of the book, and in a random page in the middle of the book on a small spot. So when the teacher asked what happened, mom told her that the girl had stolen the book. Turns out that the girl had erased mom's name from the nametag on the front. They flipped to the center, and there was the signature, as expected. Mom got her notebook back.

The two of them stopped speaking, and mom moved on with her life. She chose not to do anything back to the girl. As time went on, the girl found that she couldn't keep anyone close by to her, because as she continued her actions, others lost their ability to trust her at all.
