The ENGLISH DUB I recommend:

Fruits Basket -
A sweet anime that may cause you to tear up a bit in the end.
It takes place in Japan, and the main characters are all teenagers.
The main story line has a lot to do with a family curse. (A total of
around 24 to 26 episodes.)

School Rumble -
A hilariously crazy anime that has no real plot other than a love
triangle. It has two seasons to it (a total of fifty-something eps.)

Angel Beats -
This series is a 13 episode long anime series that will most likely
make you cry or in the very least, tear up. It takes place in a world
that has been created for those the afterlife. The world is mainly
just a school campus. Those who have lived unfair lives go there
to find peace and move on. There is humor, action, and some romance.

Sargent Frog -
This is another hilariously crazy anime serious with somewhere around
3 seasons (seventy-something episodes). It's about alien invaders coming
to Earth-- but happen to be cute little frogs who claim to want to invade
Earth and take it over, but actually just end up living in a certain family's
house. Trust me, it's soooo funny!

Hetalia: Axis Powers -
This is a hilarious anime series about Social Studies, really. There are many
episode - I don't remember how many - but they are all 5 minutes long! The
characters are actual anime characters, of course, but resemble a country.
Such as: Italy, France, Germany, England, etc. This anime makes fun of all
of the stereotypes about other countries and base all there story line on
actual events in history.

The Japanese (SUBBED in ENGLISH) anime I recommend:

Uta No Prince-sama -
This is a semi-funny anime that takes place in Japan in a boarding school
that is meant to help teenagers prepare to become professional singers,
composers, etc. It centers around a girl named Haruka who wishes to
write music, and 6 guys who wish to make their debut as singers.

Princess Jellyfish -
This is a short, weird, and cute anime that is only 11 episodes long. There is
a tiny bit of romance, and can be pretty cute at times. Mostly, however, it is
strange and unpredictable. It centers around a group of girls who live together.
The group of girls are called "Otaku" because they're kind of ugly, and have
a hard time socializing with others. They are very weird people. Mostly they
stayed cooped up in there home where they feel safe (since they live in a big
city in Japan) until this beautiful rich girl comes along and tries to help them
build confidence and dress up nicer. Although, there's something very unusual
about the rich girl............................. Watch it to find out!

animefreak.tv
gogoanime.com
(those are the two main websites I use)

Sometimes there are animes in english, and sometimes they only have english subtitles.
(Do you by chance have Netflix?) If you want, I can send you links to some animes I've seen.
