I use to get on Gaia a lot to play zOMG! Even skipped studying just to play with my friends, and I'm sort of glad I did, some of them are still my friends!!
To be honest, i use to buy gaia cash, I enjoyed opening random generated item bundles just to see what I may get, but after they took down zOMG! I was sort of angry and told myself to never support gaia, and I haven't since. 3nodding Beside's with all the halo's they've re-released in the cash shop they've earned enough already!
I get on gaia to change my avatar mostly, I love creating avatar's, I also enjoy socializing with my internet friends, most of us are skype friends but we all still get onto gaia and play the events and such, tho I do admit the Lake Kindred event was lacking in the fun department, I gave up and didn't even go into the Temple map...cause having your kin miss two attacks in a row while their life point was still more than their opponent (they had 2 life point's left) but they were somehow able to wipe you out in one blow totally makes you wanna continue! ROFL!!! scream
But um, every Friday night me and a few other gaian's that love zOMG! meet up with a past zOMG! developer to chat in Towns 2. His name is Mavdoc here, he was a gaia artist/dev. smile

I think it's easier to communicate online, you are not face to face with the person. That's probably why I appear shy!
I've been playing gaia for good few year's now, zOMG! was my portal to friendship making. smile Such a shame they closed it, gaia is full of greed now. Oh well.
So what do you enjoy doing on gaia?

Sometime's it's easier to understand someone of we just read what they have to say. It's difficult trying to get people to talk about themselves, they can be timid or shy, like me!
Speaking of the marketplace...I remember when 1 million was super rich for me! I earned my first million playing zOMG! f** gaia for taking that game down. gonk scream

I like straight forward -about me- sections! And if you don't want people to know you, just delete that section. I love the 'polar ice' color items on gaia. I try collecting as many items with this color theme as I can, but the prices are insane...
