Hello, I am a graduate student in the Child and Youth Studies program at Brock University in Ontario, Canada. For the past year I have been working on a thesis project concerning 'youth focused virtual communities.' I am particularly interested in looking at the different (and unique) ways that young people use online communities to talk about political issues. I havent been a Gaia member for very long but from what I have seen so far it seems like a wonderful community full of intelligent and thoughtful people! biggrin
