Thank you for the compliment. It's the hotpot option of Kozy Kotatsu, so half of the guess work is taken care of. I'm pretty sure that the dish is sukiyaki. The pot is seems to be too shallow for its width to be a plain nabe pot, so it's likely a sukiyaki pan.
