Then I've got three things to ask you:

1) Are we talking the same Higurashi?
2) Are you in my area, where some stuff is popular and others aren't so much?
3) Do any of your friends like the anime/manga?

I'm gonna guess it's probably the digested murder mysteries about the small village, but it's basically nonexistent in my area and I don't really find friends based on what kinds of anime they watch, so even if they liked it, I probably wouldn't know. xD It's not a well talked-of show; not in my world, anyhow. 3nodding
