Personality/Abilities: Allen is Empathic, which means he absorbs the emotions of the people around him. He can't stand crowds because of this feature, all the different emotions flying around can give one hell of a headache. He has no control over the emotions he recieves from others. However he does have control over his ability to track the whereabouts of people by sensing traces of their presance even after they've left the area.
