About
My name is Elysse, but please, call me Ellie.Elysse make me nervous.
I don't know what else to say.
For an English major, I sometimes feel I'm at a loss for words. Actually, I'm usually at a loss for words.
I ramble a lot.
I like zombies.
A lot.
Perhaps more than any sane person really should.
But that I think would infer that I'm sane.
I never really had a decent chance for normalcy my entire life.
Just look at my parents. Enough said.
That said, I love my parents; my family is everything to me.
I don't know how I'm going to leave them for New York.
It's my dream to be an editor in the Big Apple.
My heart yearns for cold concrete and the urban chaos.
All good writers need chaos in their lives.
That's why my social life spirals downward every so often.
Also why I'm going to wind up just like Selina Kyle, my hero.
I freakin' love Batman, but then again, I freakin' love comics.
I'm kinda a nerd of all trades.
I'm also almost positive I should be at least 70 by now.
I miss the 40's and 50's.
The fashion, the people, the science fiction; all of it.
I'm pretty much the most adorable retro housewifey ever.
I'd kill to have my own bakery.
I'd wear different aprons every day...essentially life=made.
I ramble a lot.
I guess I'm not at such a loss of words, am I?
