Well, military time is what my German teacher called it, because the army uses that way to tell time.
I recently learned the past tense of German verbs. Frau said that they were going to be really hard to understand and get the hang of, but I don't seem to have much of a problem with them. (I'm good at languages) Ich habe FuBbol gespielt, aber das war nicht spaB. (I think that means fun xp)
We also just learned instraments. ^^
Ich spiele Klarinette und ich spiele ganz gut. (:
Meine leiblingsfach ist Kunst. Ich bin nicht gut in Matematik und ich mag nicht. Ich hasse Hausafgaben! (I think hasse is hate sweatdrop ) Meine Deustchlerherin is verruckt. (I'm not sure how to spell that.)

The date is actually pretty easy. It's just month/day/year. Like today it would be 11/18/09 But I guess it might get confusing because some people put dashes like 11-18-09. I prefer slashes.
Learning any language is a bit confusing. Like I didn't really understand how German people could write the date starting with the day. And you have a weird way of putting quotation marks. ,,Mark'' (I can't do it with the computer very well.
The time is strange too. In America we don't use military time like 18:00 (I'm not too good at that sweatdrop ) We use normal (I don't know what else to call it) time like 2:00 AM and then 2:00 PM.
It's all weird.

We actually just had German exchange students leave my school this past weekend. I think they ether said they were from Ettenheim (I don't know the spelling sweatdrop ) or from near there somewhere. I wasn't really listening. sweatdrop
