 Hell Breaker sat in the corner moving back and forth, waiting for their opponent to arrive. Midori sat next to her Houndour, playing with her black gloves. "are sure you okay to battle so soon?" She asked Houndour quietly. Hell breaker nodded and snuggled next to Midori. Midori giggled.

Falcon walked into the arena; Kiliina, her Skitty, bouncing at her heels. But it was Cale fighting now; lounging over her shoulders, the Dragonair's head was up, and he was alert. "Remember," Falcon spoke as their opponent came into view, "don't give up this time. Even if we lose, if you give everything you've got, we're the real winners." Cale nodded; feeling a tinge of shame. Last time, when the victory was in sight, both owner and Dragonair had stopped really trying; and as a result, the victory was snatched from them. As Falcon took her place at the end of the ring, Cale squeezed her shoulders with his coils; before unwrapping himself and swimming into the air. He took his place in the ring; weaving through the air as if it were water. Falcon's heart was beating fast; this time, win or lose, they would fight with all they had until the end! She spoke to the other trainer. "Are you ready?"

Midori glanced up and saw the new trainer enter the arena. Sweeping a long lock of purple hair out of her eyes she smiled. "I am, Go Hell breaker" Midori giggled and patted her Houndour on the head. Hell breaker bounded forward her tail wagging in the air, she dart her eyes forward ready for battle. She bared a little bit of teeth at the Dragon, to show that she meant business.

Falcon leaned forwards, her fists clenched as she called to her Pokemon. "Okay Cale, let's do this! Start with a slam; use the weight of the orbs on your tail to make it hit hard!" Cale nodded and dived through the air; flipping his body sideways as he drew close to the Houndour, he sent his tail towards it's body. (Dice Roll) His focus lent him strength where his inexperience sapped it; and he manage to get a decent power behind his attack. It wasn't the most powerful move ever; but it was a good start, and inside, Falcon cheered. Four damage! Damage = 4
HP: 34/34

Hell Breaker skidded backwards copying a heavy blow. "its okay! You can do it" Called Midori who waved to her pokemon from the background. "Let's see how you can deal fire now! Hell Breaker use Fire Fang!" Hell breaker growled and dived towards the Dragons tail, aiming for a fiery bite. Hell Breakers flame mouth sunk into the dragons tail, with loud crunch. Damage = 5 Hp: 29 /34

Cale let out a shriek of pain and anger, as the fire scorched the wound. Remembering his first fight, and the bits from that, he wiggled hard to get loose. "That's good, Cale! Wiggle hard to get free; and send some Dragon Breath her way!" The Dragonair's eyes hardened; he wouldn't give up this time. He sent a hard flick through his entire body- if the Houndour didn't let go, it'd get flicked in the face with his weighted tail tip. Then he aimed a blast of Dragon Breath at her. (Dice Roll) But he was too distracted by the pain in his tail; and the blast was wild, missing the Houndour entirely. Falcon winced; but called out encouragement. "It's okay; just do your best!" 0 Damage! Damage =

Hell Breaker let go at the right moment to avoid beaning hit by the Dragonair's next attack. Hell breaker barked back at Midori "Dour Dour!" "Well done! Hell Breaker, let's try another fire attack. Do Flame thrower." Hell breaker run back into the center of the arena opening her mouth wide. Flames brewed and burst out of her mouth. The flames hit the dragonair body, Houndour then jumped back puffed after her attack. Damage = 5 Hell Breakers HP: 24 /30

"Cale! Look out!" The Houndour was fast in it's counter-attack; and Falcon's eyes were wide as Cale struggled to react in time. The fire's blast was powerful; and all the dragon could do was hide his face to avoid damage from it. Falcon was breathing hard; it was going to take a lot of luck to turn this around. "Come on, Cale! Do your best! Body Slam!" The Dragon nodded; he wouldn't stop fighting whilst he still could! He dove through the air; charging straight at his opponent. (Dice Roll) But he was terrified of more fire heading at him; and his attack had barely any power behind it. 2 Damage! Damage = 2

"Hell Breaker using its attack against him! Crunch Attack now!" Midori shouted out to be heard by her Pokemon meters away. The Dragoniar slammed into Hell Breakers face, causing her to yelp. Exposing her fangs she tried to bite down hard onto her opponent, with snapping jaws though she missed. "Nice try Hell Breaker!" Midori called encouragingly. Damage: 0 22 / 30

Cale soared high; flicking his tail away from the Houndour's jaws. "Don't get cocky, Cale!" Falcon yelled a warning. "Stay focused! Use Dragon Breath!" From his vantage point a little above and to the side of the houndour, Cale threw his head back and took a deep breath. Deep within himself, he infused the air with his dragonic power; and as he lowered his head, the beam of dancing blue and gold flames rushed out at his opponent. (Dice Roll) His aim wasn't perfect; but it wasn't far off. Falcon pumped the air with a fist. "Yes! You're doing great, keep it up!" 6 Damage! Damage = 6

Hell Breaker got stuck between the Dragoniar and the ground when he had attacked her. being badly hurt Houndour didn't wait for Midori to tell her what to perform next. Feeling the angry rage inside she limped back to caste a glare, and perform a powerful fire attack, Flamethrower yet again. Though it wasn't as affective as last time, he must of grown immune to it. Damage = 2 16 /30

"Cale, look out!" Falcon yelled. The Dragonair didn't need her warning; and he rose above the fire. The edges of it lapped at his body and tail as he rose; and Falcon knew what he was going to do next. "Do it!" She held her breath as he flipped in the air; and dove through the air, picking up speed, aiming to Body Slam the Houndour. (Dice Roll) He didn't have enough time to aim well; but his height allowed him to pick up speed, which made up for it. He shot straight at the Houndour, fast! Falcon cheered him on. "Go, Cale! Do your best!" 6 Damage! Damage = 6

Midori encouraged Hell Breaker. "You can do I know you can" Hell breaker, laid for a moment almost ready to give up though, she got back on her feet. She barked and growled. "Lets try Take Down!" Midori called out, and Hell Breaker broke into a fast run. Houndour grappled Dragonair head on with a perfect charge. "Yay well done" Damage = 7 10 / 30

Cale crashed into the ground; and Falcon winced. "Come on, Cale! Do your best! Dragon Breath!" The Dragonair lifted his head; and as the rest of his aching body followed, he took a deep breath. He infused the air with his draconic power once more; before sending a beam of Dragon Breath at his opponent. (Dice Roll) Despite being knocked to the ground, Cale remembered Falcon's lessons this battle; and he made sure to focus his aim. The beam was vicious and accurate; and Falcon punched the air. A great turn around! Six damage! Damage = 6
