Prologue
A young woman lay crying on a bed. She had seen so much horror in this wretched Wormskull Academy. The villainy she was taught made her sick.

Suddenly, she sat up, her eyes glowing red. Enough was enough, she had decided. In that moment, Kelly Judgeman spoke the three words that altered Section 102 forever:

"No more villains."

With those words and her ability to alter reality, Kelly depowered hundreds of villains throughout her section of the multiverse. Most worlds had only a small number of baddies left, while a few others were untouched.

However, the powers had to go somewhere, and they did. Every last one of them was sent to Section 103.

And some of them found their way to Section 103's version of this world...
