SeaDragonLife searched through her belongings, picking out decent sets of clothes to wear. Her suitcase sat on the floor of her empty room. All of the furniture had been moved into storage. Maybe once she settled again...
A small, timid looking Paras crawled around her ankles as she paced around, planning her journey. The Paras, nicknamed Mushy, sat watching her like a puppy dog. Sea spotted him sitting on the ground, and she picked him up and sat him down on the suitcase. "What will we do now?" She whispered. "Paras para pa!" Mushy said, in his Pokemony way of speaking. Ever since he came into Sea's life, she felt happier then ever, but....She needed to leave. Barton Town, with it's crowded streets, and crazed residents...it was no place to train a Pokemon. She had found the Paras on the Gaian black market, and....she knew that Gaia was no place for a Pokemon. For one thing, the supposed "Secret Society of Pokemon" was really just a gang on thieves. For another, there were no Pokemon Centers anywhere around Gaia. Sea picked up Mushy and placed him on her head. There was only one other choice....She had to go to Kanto. There, she could learn what it really took to become a Pokemon Trainer. "Para para?" Mushy questioned of his trainer. "Nothing." She replied. "Nothing's wrong." She stepped carefully out of her home in Barton Town. Rolling her suitcase behind her, she simply walked away from her former life. And she never once looked back.

There was never a more beautiful morning then this. Her first day out traveling. Even though she was just walking to Isle de Gambino, the suitcase rolling behind her made it seem all the more exciting. She wasn't going to go back home! She was going to ride a boat all the way to a foreign land! "What shall we do when we get to Kanto, Mushy?" She asked of her Paras. "Paras!" was his answer. Sea sighed. "No, we can't go and battle the Elite Four that quickly! We need to train." She stopped pulling her suitcase long enough to pull out a map of Kanto. The boat she would be taking would stop in Vermillion City, where the Gym Leader Lt. Surge ran his electric gym. "I don't think we should try to fight him that quickly..." Sea said, but Mushy thought differently. "Paras para papapa paras!" he shouted, obviously against the idea of quiting on a gym so easily. Sea sighed. "I'll think about it, but right now, we need to keep walking. She replaced the map, and continued on her way.
