A pretty good build to say the least. But why 1 wilderness survival? o.O
Also, Life Siphon doesn't have much usefulness at higher levels, so I'd suggest replacing it with Vimpiric Bite, which is identical to Vimpiric touch.

Why are you using vampiric touch and other target touch skills if you use range for your dmg dealer.
May i suggest as Life Transfer as an elite skill, or unholy feast, even though it costs 15 energy to do.
Or maybe even some curses to kill your enemies faster?
Ex. Barbs, Insidious Parasite, Mark of Pain, and/or Rigor Mortis.
