For the people living in America...
If you have the IMF (International Music Feed) on your television I would suggest watching the show "One World." It's on from 10:00-10:30 PM (EST) and the show repeats the next day at 2:00-2:30 PM (EST).
The show has had music videos and live footage from artists such as...
1. MUCC
2. MYV (Miyavi)
3. girugamesh
4. L'arc en Ciel
5. alice nine.
Those are just a few but they also have other Jmusic on the show often but I can't think of the band names right now.
It's rather fun to have the tv on listening to music then see a Jrock PV begin to play.

One World is good, but if you wait a month or 2 you'll see the Hello World Japan Edition.

Sad thing is... I think they got rid of the IMF. At least they changed the station channel and now I can't find it at all.
