Who told you that he left?!? He never left! Mike is still in the band he never left they never got rid of him! So you have to get your facts straight becuase Mike is still in the band and the band is still Linkin Park with everyone talk2hand

Maybe it's because Mike made his own band -- Fort Minor.
While Linkin Park was kind of hidden, creating the new album and stuff, I actually was confused about it, too. "What about Mike? He made his own band, is he still in Linkin Park? O.o;"
...I would know if he is or not. I saw Linkin Park live, and Mike was right there! whee

he does fort minor because LP is only Rock and he want to learn more in the music that's why he does Fort Minor TOO
Fort Minor is more Hiphop
Chester does the same, he have his own solo carriér and LP

*sigh* they never did. when the rest of the band took a break from the music and concerts, Mike wanted to keep working. So her created his own album called Fort Minor. and it is not reall his own band. He got some people to make the basic noises with their own instruments and he made his own songs. then when LP came back to the music biz, he was there.
