NERO weapons are normally latex, but if you want to make foam weapons, the best stuff I've found is that blue camp foam stuff they sell at Wal.Mart. It's about six bucks a roll, and you can make two or three "blue" (under 48") swords out of each roll.

And btw... This ky one, not really too many Latex one's...
However I use them, and one normal boffer custom made, so I can waylay with...
