It's like saying all goth's worship satan. Most goths are actually christian. Emo is also a genre of music. So If your punk rock, then that's probably because you like punk rock music. I'm not being mean I'm just trying to explain.

i'm not emo in the sense that i am depressed and cry and cut myself, but i love emo music just as much as heavy. i like anything i can jam to really.

I'm not being mean I'm just trying to explain. pretty much what he said cutting, depression and crying all the time and writing sad poems...those are just stupid steriotypes if you ask me. also someone could cut themselves and not be "emo" everyone automatically refurs to emos as cutters but its not really true
