I think what he's saying is watching TV shows on the internet is against the law, unless provided by those who have the rights to the show... and it doesn't matter if it's a US site or a UK site.

I rember watching this one anime that i think roughly translates to taco taco panda, apearantly its about a taco loving panda, and he's trying to get these tacos but he can't, i guess the best way to sum this one up is that its like tom and jerry or cyote and the road runner.
