This is NEW for me so please don't be rude.

I'm trying to make the Homepage and such fancy looking or at least a little less noobish (Which I Am NOT) and I'll be working on the Guidlines for the Rules. So Please be patient.

Also, If anyone even reads this, which I doubt...I'm recruiting people for Mods, so PM me if interested.
