So you're wondering what Prince of tennis is? Well that's simple, as Konami put it, it's a Tennis Drama. Based around Echizen Ryoma, a tennis prodigy, and his life in Seishun Gakuen or Seishun Academy Junior High. In the beginning of the story, you find a cocky 12 year old who has never known any challenge besides his father. As the story starts to progress you find he starts to evolve into his own play style, and out of his father's shadow.
You also meet the many, many, many other students and rivals. With over 60 side characters, like Mizuki Hajime, Atobe Keigo, Sengoku Kiyosumi, Tachibana Kippei and now Sanada Genichirou.
