I have a commission in which there is buzzed hair. Although, I don't know how to go about colouring it. :/
I use traditional media [markers], and I don't want to mess up the hair.... so if anyone has some techniques to share, or a tutorial that might help, I would be ETERNALLY GRATEFULLL! heart

So the hair is stubby hair? I'd suggest making copies of the image and testing out styles of coloring, however I myself would dabble the hair on or use really small strokes. I don't usually have characters with short hair like that... but facial hair should be similar right? You could even mix up your media and colour the hair with colored pencils
