Whose your favorite Jpop/Jrock artist?
Mine is Hamasaki Ayumi!
My other favorites are-
KAT-TUN, Otsuka Ai, Amuro Namie, Kitty GYM, Yamashita Tomohisa

I dont know alot of them but my favorets (the ones i listen to) are see-saw and gackt. besides that idk much more. though japanese music seems a little better than most american music to me... thats kinda strange.

I know! Totally! It's hard sometimes 'cause all I listen to is J-pop so I don't really know about the songs my friends talk about!
My favorite American songs are Breakaway (Kelly Clarkson) and Because You Live (Jesse McCartney)
I'll add Gackt and SeeSaw when I get one more request to add a singer.

i was just wondering if anyone knew anymore j-rock bands that i might like. as i said they seem to be better than most american (even most of the american i listen to...)

Nana Mizuki rocks my socks. heart
I like BoA too, but there are two things I don't like about her.
1. When she sings, she always takes loud breaths. So it's like, "Aoi aora wa itsumo onaji de *BREATH* xxxxx" It's really annoying.
2. Her songs could use s bigger range.
