As you come upon a black stained wooden doorway, a sense of forebidding washes over you. But you over look it, guessing that it's just your nerves. This being the most ancient part of the old castle it's no wonder that history seems to pull your heart strings, sending chills up your spine. Spirits whisper behind you, warning you that you might not like the class that you are about to step to.
But you ignore them.
Pushing through that heavy black door your welcomed by a room with large, dirty windows that peer out to the lake on grounds. Spider webs make home in the corners, you wonder where the teacher could be in this candle and torch lit room. But as you place your things on one of the vacant desks your question is answered.
A large chair facing the window shifts, a cloud of silver smoke rising from it as a six foot shadow rises from the velvet arm chair. Her hair, long and red falls past her waist, swishing as she turns, cold gray eyes snapping to you as that heavy oak door slams shut with a clang.
The sound of twisting locks could be heard on the other side, making it ever so obvious that your trapped. She gives a small chuckle, taking another long drag from the joint in between her fingers before speaking in her calm, cool, confident voice, welcoming you to her class, and hope you enjoy your stay.

Unlike most would assume Edra is quite an open person, and she's definetly not afraid to speak her mind. She's not shy to the paranormal, and to pain and heartbreak. Which is proven by the ashes of her dead husband that hang in a crystal vial from her neck, and from her less than lovely past from living in the city a few miles past the school's walls.
When Edra was 6 years old she was captured by the human city guards, and thrown brutally into goverment testing, transforming a sweet human girl into a tall strong elf. Currently, she's on the run from the guards in the human city, hense why she never returns to the city. A rather large bounty is placed upon her head, money that anyone would be willing to capture, or kill her for. The government wants Edra mostly because of the fact that she was the only successful mutated human child, wtih fully developed powers over the elements.
Although not much is known about Edra Williams, what is known is valuable, a mutated dark elf that stands at six feet, gray blue eyes, form fitting clothing, long red hair, lightnign reflexes, and control over the elements and weather she is a powerful enemy, and an amazing ally.
Currently, Edra, still on the run has taken up in a castle on the northern side of the forest, just off of the Hali River. With her cunning, financial resources, and raven spirit Drini, she's started a school for those like her, and for the lost children of other places so that they might find a place to be accepted for who, and or what they are and can do. Although she is protected by her school's walls, it is said, in the city that they're most wanted assassin is close to being captured.
But who knows?
