Some might be wondering about the banning and demotion system and how I stand on those, mostly because these things never seem to be looming over your head like in other guilds. So, here we go.

Banning
Q. What is banning anyways? A. Being banned from a guild means that you are no longer able to acess it, or join it. That's right, being banned means that you can't even re-join the guild you were banned from in the first place! You must be invited by a guild crew member in order to return to the guild in question.
Q. How do I get banned from this guild? A. It's sort of tricky to piss me off enough to be banned from this guild, seeing as my rules are pretty laid back and laced with loopholes. But, being banned from my guild means that your either being an excessive a**, harassment, excessive god modding, or other role playing and discussing issues.
Q. Can crew members be banned? A. Yes they can. No one can't not be banned for rule breaking.
Q. So, if I'm banned can I ever come back? A. Don't count on it. I'm known to hold grudges, and forget. And if you PM me about it, you won't like the answers either.
Q. Will I be banned for inactivity? A. Nah, I'm not to strict on that really. It takes to much of my time to go and ban every single member in my guild that doesn't post.
Being banned from the School of the Paranormal usually means that your being some arrogant biggot to the rules, and other people. Disrespect isn't tolerated her. And people who are trying to instill fights aren't tolerated either. After all, what does it matter? We're on the internet not sitting beside each other. So please, get over it.
Members of my guild only have 1 chance in my guild. No acceptions.
Crew members are only banned after being demoted from their positions. Crew memebers only get 2 chances to stay in my guild. When a rule is broken the first time they are merely demoted, the second time they are banned.
Vice Capitans get 3 chances to stay in the guild when rules are broken. One reason for this is because they are after all vice capitans and have more credibility in things than other members of the guild. First, the vice capitan is demoted to crew, then if that members gets on the bad side again they are demoted to member, then finally if it happens once more they will be banned forever from my guild.

Demotions
Demotions only involve crew members and vice capitans. Being demoted in the school of the paranormal either means that you've been moving or deleting threads without my consent, or banning members without my consent.
