I think he's attracted to men and women, and he has a desire to do them all, but he prefers dolls and pinatas for sex. Because he has never gone home with a woman or a man in the history of the show. But we have seen him with a pinata that was supposed to look like Molly Clock, but I don't think it did. He's just not as charming as Quagmire from Family Guy. lol

Hum. Well, honestly, I don't think he could really be classified under any sexual preference. xD He kinda is just attracted to anything that moves. Or anything that doesn't, for that matter (remembering when he was hitting on the piñata he took from Molly's party in season five). I think that bit of dialogue from "My Lunch" between Todd and Janitor sums him up very well.
Janitor: "What the Hell are you?"
Todd: "I'm the Todd!"
Janitor: *Shudder*

But we never knew if he actually had sex with Nina. She just said something like "Go lie in the back seat of my car" or something like that and he was like "Yes, ma'am!" Even with him having slept with Lisa and maybe Nina, that's still only 2 women. JD has even slept with more women than that.
