If you wish to create a new thread in any forum except the chatter box you must follow these rules exactly.
1. Anyone may create a thread as long as they follow these rules.
2. You must know exactly what you want and then you can contact myself, or another moderator.
3. In the pm you must fill out this application.

Thread Location: (Which forum the thread will be in.)
Thread Purpose: (This is optional but it will give us more insight.)
Thread Description:
4. Requests may be denied if they are deemed useless by myself.
5. A moderator must send the application to me, if they do not they will be punished, ideas should be welcomed, not looked down upon.
