I was going to make a post about this in the regualar forum but I didn't feel like spamming. I'm a lvl 50-sumthing combat lvl, in the middle of the gnome stronghold quest. I'm not high enough lvl to take on whatever enemy there is, I heard he's like level 227 or something. I figure I could just camp out and take a LOT of prayer potions, but I'll be lucky to be getting hits on him. So, I was wondering if I could get any advice on the subject? Perhaps if there's anyone else who hasn't done it either, we could all get together, make a guild event of it...

the monster is a black demon eek there is a spot for mage to bring food and mage the demon it is rather easy

What's your prayer? Try and get Protect from Melee... It's too useful for words. That Black Demon didn't even hurt me. ~.~

umm well i think i did the quest at lvl 55 i think and I found the fight quiet easy...good luck anyway, and yes I suggest mage

Oh cool. I already have protect from melee. Looks like i need lotsa prayer potions. ^_^

My friend who had done DT said that you should get 70 mage before you do it, and I wouldn't try it at lvl 73, wait a bit more maybe sweatdrop

about ur lil guild idea i dont really think you can see any friends in that room untill every1 kills it otherwise if u die ur stuff is kinda just poof! gone

demonboy445 anyone have any idea how to finish desert treaser at lvl 73? well its possible for really low mage lvl ppl if u got high range with a ton of hold spells for damis i think you could do fine
