(I'm following the lead of new_ninja).
Here is the first Battle Area of the Training Grounds.
~Each Area will allow up to 5 people, just so we won't get too crowded.
~Once this Area has become full, then another one will be made to fill the needs of the roleplayers.

He patiently waited in the middle of the open space of the wooded area, the trees bare as they always were in the Land of Snow. Dummies stood to the left and right and targets surrounded him from all sides, save the "entrance." Several other peices of equipment were hidden all around for training and faux-mission purposes. His eyes were closed and covered by the light-framed glasses, his arms crossed over his chest.

..Hello, sorry sorry....i'm late! (shouted me while runnin towards the meetin venue) there's so many herbs lyin around, i couldn't bare to leave them homeless! Is anyone hurt?? (pls pls....let me have someone to try on my latest invention)

Tokani walked into the training area and looked at all the pitiful opponents. "wow" "how sad" "only one strong looking ninja..." Tokani said as he looked at the guy hanging from the tree. "wanna spar?" Tokani asked with a smirk.
