Background:He originally came from Hoshigakure [Village Hidden in the Stars] and was born into a clan of ruthlessness. His clan had a peculiar bloodline that, to his knowledge, was unnamed, but feared. This signature technique was triggered by bouts of rage or during the height of a battle, when the clan members blood-lust was at it's highest. They would go into a painful transition stage before reaching their "perfection" and unleashing the "beast." They would go into a Berserker-like mode, killing or severely harming anyone within range. Naturally, this signature technique got the best of them and they abused the power. His clan basically self-destructed itself. When he was seven, he followed his cousin to Yukigakure and there met his Sensei, Ribetsu, Yami. Yami took him in and taught him to control himself, along with the usual techniques that are associated with said village.
Kai's personality will vary with his company. With strangers, he is guarded and some say shy. With friends, he is more open and talkative, although all together, he is a pretty quiet guy. He observes and can be quickwitted, but he's lazy. He generally avoids conflict and has a hard time trusting people.

Taijutsu- Thunder Clap [user spins at rapid speeds, hitting opponent from all sides; downside is the user has to focus & it leaves user more vulnerable]
Yaburu [Bloodline technique; user goes into a rage and causes damage without any regard to anyone (which means they would even attack their own teammates); strength grows and, if conscious enough, can use "Cloud Nine"
Ninjutsu- Cloud Nine [Multiplies chakra x3, but only when his bloodline technique is in effect; deteriorates physical and mental wellness more quickly]
Avalanche [raises a wall of snow that crashes onto the target(s); length/height depends on amount of chakra put into it]
Crystal Prison [Freezes target and encases in an armor-like covering of ice. Target is still conscious, but the body functions slow down; may cause freezer burn]
Genjutsu- Haze [temporarily "blinds" an opponent with fog]
Flurry [appears to put target into a snowstorm]
