This is Yukigakure, more commonly known as the Village Hidden in the Snow. It's located in the Land of Snow (big surprise).
This is the main place to Roleplay. The first poster will have the joy of creating our setting.

gento Jumps in to the office then puts a scroll on the table then leaves to the akatsuki.~the scroll reads.Alliance with us or we will kill ur village members!~
