Description: Koleen has sharp features, which are softened by her whispy white hair that comes down just past her shoulders. She has two different shades of blue for each eye, one being close to a teal colour, the other a soft lighter blue, and is is a little taller then agerage, standing at 5'8. Her skin tone is in the middle of pale and lightly tanned. She has a thin black tattoo twirling around her upper arm, with small designes weaving around it, and a small birthmark shaped oddly like a heart below her left eye.
Background: Koleen grew up in seaside county, and visited the sea regularly, so when she found out she could control the water around her it wasn't that big of a surprise. Every since she was 3, she felt the most comfertable around water. Her mother would always say to her she could swim better then she could walk. She grew up with her mother and 2 brothers living in a fairly nice house. Her mother was one of the better known artist around, and so she made a fair bit of money. She would spend days teaching Koleen how to paint and mix colours together to get just the right shade of orange for the sunset. After her mother died, Koleen decided to become a full time artist, while always making time to play around with her magic gifts. Her two brothers mooved out when she was 18 to go about a buisness they had started together, traveling around the world, so she rarley got to see them anymore.
