Hello, fellow Inheritance-lovers!
Here is where you can chat about the Eragon movie.
You may also discuss other movies if you like. smile Just to keep it neat, Book discussions go in the Book Discussion thread, and writing talk should be posted in the Writing Circle.
Thank You.
And ENJOY!!

The first 3 discussion questions to get this thread going!:
1. How did you like the Eragon movie? 2. What's your favorite movie? 3. Have you seen the Lord of the Rings? All three perhaps?

alright sounds good
1. the Eragon movie was disappointing as all book fans say but when I talk to others who have not read the book they tell me they liked it a lot or thought it was alright so I thought if I never read the book I would have thought it was okay to.
2. My favorite movie would have to be the Harry Potter movies hehe, or the movie Waiting
3. Yes I have seen all three and there great!

I remember when I was watching the movie, and some woman next to me watched the part where Brom died and Saphira turned his tomb into crystal. Do you know what the woman next to me told her son what the tomb was?
Ice. That's just really stupid. Y wud any tomb be made of ice? It'd just melt!.... no point.

Well, I read a book before that had a tomb turned into ice. But not Eragon. And you can't blame the lady if she simply misunderstood the movie and never read the book; BLAME THE MOVIE-MAKERS! LOL

LOL, and no, I didn't correct her. It's just that she was speaking like she knew everything, with a smirk and all that. It was aggravating.
But the movie is definitely being produced by WB. I hope they somehow use actual owls! *squeak! mrgreen

Yup! WB! But it's an ANIMATION! razz So no real owls. But they're probably going to make it look realistic because they spent a lot of time researching owl feathers and what they look like in the wind, when flying, etc.
