Alright, I was interested to see what everyones favourite vegan dish is? It can be like anything you cook up yourself, or something you buy special.
Mine is this green olive salad stuff, my mom knows what it's called and they put it in this pita, with tomatoes and fresh lettuce. It's amazing, and inexpensive.
I also <3 spaghetti.

I LOVE this sandwich I had at Angelica Kitchen, a vegan restaurant in Manhattan.
It had baked lemon marinated tofu with seasonal vegetables and PESTO! My favorite food EVER!
I STRONGLY suggest visiting Angelica Kitchen if you are ever in New York. It is the best vegan food I have ever had. They have a cookbook out which I am ordering AND YOU SHOULD TOO BECAUSE THE FOOD IS YUM.
Wow. I turned this into a promotion for Angelica Kitchen gonk

Hmm, I think I love ANYTHING that's vegan. Once I became vegan, all that matters is if it's vegan, then it automatically tastes good. So I can't say I have a favorite dish. It's all just so good xd
