Bio: One of the few people alive that actually grew up on Earth, Tubal had left just a month before the Great Fall of the Planet and escaped to the Planet Cerise. Once there he was taught much of his skills from various pirates who dwelled there. Several years later, he left Cerise and went to Io, joining the local crime syndicate... Over the course of ten years he rose the ranks to the highest of levels, untill he killed his boss and took over the Syndicate for himself... He then established his power from Io right to the Kuiper Belt and beyond. He later found Noah and Spatha as they escaped from Ezra, both of whom who Tubal took under his wing and used as freelancing pirates. Tubal sees Noah as if he were his own son and will do anything to ensure his safety.

His current syndicate is still in power mostly on Io but has much influence over some of the other moons of Jupiter and within the Kuiper Belt, where his Pirate allies are in force. He currently lives on Eris, acting as bartender for Strife's Heart and as the Leader of both his Syndicate and of a loose-knit faction of Pirates, loyal to his Syndicate
