Uses Suimoto (Water Element). A bright light will appear, which is a star created from hydrogen fusion. At first it makes a high frequency sound then goes into sounding like a hurricane causing everyone within the area to go deaf and blind until it is over. User wields the star with either hand. It is possible to create a star for each hand by splitting ryoku usage for each hand. Can only be sustained for a short time, Kousha can sustain it for 10 secs. Kousha theorizes that if someone could master this then it could be used to vaporize a village, killing the user as well (unofficial forbidden jutsu).

This jutsu confuses the person with what is actually happening. He may be trying to do a hand seal but end up seeing hand cuffs with the kanji for akume printed on it and so try to take them off even though they're not real. The most common effect is the opponent seeing an anvil out of nowhere fall on top of him. Since the opponent is in the illusion, the hand cuffs will feel real and so will the anvil (if it hits him, which will just knock him out). This is a reference to ACME Corporation, from Warner Brothers, that keeps giving away stuff that doesn't work.

Kousha mastered the attack branch of Kamosu Kai. Any attack he plans during a mission proves very effective. He can predict attacks and the outcome of an attack (which got him elected to be a Yogensha), which makes him a good defender but not as good as Tahei. His philosophy is "kill them before they kill you."

After using Seito Yakedo near Bisaie against an enemy, Kousha became known as the "Terukusa" (Shine of Grass, pronounced "te-rook-sa"). He likes to keep his Seito Yakedo a secret, which caused a huge commotion in his village and got him weeks of being interrogated by everyone wondering what that was. He could only reply with, "My secret weapon."
Kousha is also the son of the leader of the Hashi clan. He is known as the "offense master" since he has mastered the attack branch of Kamosu Kai. He joined the Air URA Unit for a year and by the end of the year he was offered the job of being a Yogensha but turned down the offer. He requested to leave URA to return to his home. The Kiosa allowed him expecting him to forget everything anyway since he was (expected to be) brainwashed. He still remembers everything about URA because he used Issekigan to resist brainwashing. URA suspects he still remembers because he still wears his mask that he wore when he was URA and answers to "Mashin Ninja" (Machine Ninja), his URA codename.
He is also the legendary assassin "Onakuken" (Evil Coyote) famous for toying around with his targets before killing them and causing mischief with his Akume (Evil Eye) jutsu.
