Here's another one that's bugging me..... This is a very special mistake because it's ten times as big as the normal errors. In fact, without this mistake the whole DBGT series could not happen. During DBZ series, in Kid Buu saga episodes, Polunga calls back to life all people killed since 25th Tenkaichi tournament's day, but evils. But Pilaf... isn't he a villain? So, why did he come back to life? If he didn't ...how DBGT series could start?

You do know that in overall continuities, you can discount GT because it's 100% Filler.

I've been pondering this myself, but it's best to just ignore all the plot holes. Even though there are a lot of them...
1. As you said, Pilaf was alive in GT but allegedly dead in DBZ. The dragon balls certainly didn't bring him back. So the only real logical explaination as to why he survived is he was on another planet at the time, but even that theory I highly doubt. I don't think he has the technology to travel from planet to planet. 2. Gohan becomes a Super Saiyan. Enough said. He shouldn't have had to, though, due to the latent power he unlocked in DBZ. Becoming a Super Saiyan would have been either impossible due to the Mystic transformation or just a downgrade of his current power.
That's all I can really think of right now. sweatdrop
