One of my theories you say? okay then here we go!
(after the seanchan thing with Semirahge who is the advisor of Tuon)
I think rand will finally understand wut Fel ment about clearing the rubble.
He will bring all his armies together for all out war. as they ride to the blight the hordes of Trollocs and other Shadowspawn will ride against them.
as the armies battle rand will be battling the Dark One. not in the typical sense more of a mental battle, and i believe it will be more of a struggle for Rand to live then an actual battle. well Fain will be there secretly and see that rand could loose. and his hatred for rand and jealousy will cause him to hurl himself with all his power at the Dark One screaming something like "HE IS MINE!" the the collision of two conflicting evil will give Rand a chance with the help of other channelers to recreate the seal on the prison, but with all the exertion he will burst open his wound as dragon mount erupts creating a second dawn! then he may die or live i havent been able to even concieve which.

Well... it's a custom in fantasy books that the writer creates a situation in which the hero goes away, lives happily ever after or dies...
In Rand's case, my personal guess is that he'll sacrifice his life and powers to kill the Dark One, and in the process he'll become the NEW Dark One because... well someone has to be the Dark One.

.....i agree on the kill the dark one with his sacrafice but i dont beleive the dark one will be destroyed because it is not feesiblely*definite misspell* possible for a mortal contstruction to have the capability to completely destroy an immortal construct. somthing that exist within the streams of time can not influence something outside the streams of time and vice versa. so it may be possible to damage somthing of immortal construct but only if it has placed itself inside the streams of time and exists in our dimension but you still would not be able to destroy it only damage it say weaken it enough to seal it outside the stream of time once again?........wow i sounded really smart.

Personally, my theory is this:
1. Mat will marry Tuon, Perrin and Rand will form alliances with the Seanchan who will then help them attack the Dark One in return for the lands that they have already conquered.
2. The Black Tower and the White Tower will ally themselves and put their support behind Rand.
3. The 3 oaths will be abolished.
4. The Blight will recede and Malkier will rise again.
5. All the Forsaken will be hit by balefire.
6. The seals will be broken by the end of Knife of Dreams.

i think they will find a way to remake the seals of the darkones prison and they will make more than 7 so as they don''t have as much or the darkones power in each one

I think Rand will eventually kill himself. He will take all the Dark Ones evil draw it into himself and then "Sheath the Sword" Lan made an offhand comment about it in Book 2-3. But Rand took it into deep affect. It is where the user takes the sword and stabs himself throught he chest thus "Sheathing" it.
