This is another part of New Rabanastre, but it is underground. It is directly underneath the city above. It is kinda the slums and it is the only entrance to the Garmasythe Springs.

They arrived in lowtown and immediately the beggars swarmed around them.

As they ran down the crowded streets they saw the typical people, beggars and merchants.
