The City's Capitol, named after the last ruler of the city, Elesmera. It is where the Leader hands out the Jobs and Ranks in a backroom, and is also located near Elesmera's Honor Stone.

Volc walked in and into his seat, looking at the large amount of papers stacked on his desk, He sighed loudly, the noise echoing through the empty building, then started looking at the papers.

Volc looked up from his papers, "Oh, yes, Riku, how may I help you?" He asked, putting one of the papers down and signing it.

well I was wondering if there was any way of finding out who my parents were, or who I'm related to, it's gettin hard to fend for myself out there

Volc finished his signature and moved the paper, "Well, there is a way, but I can't promise you'll get any info though." Volc said, standing up and walking over to another door on the right side of the room. ((That would be Riku's right... I think.))

Volc walked in, the room was full of drawers and dressers that had paper in them, and on them. He opened one up and dug through it, he pulled out one, then put it back in, then pulled out another, looking it over, mumbling stuff to himself. He put it back and closed the drawer, opening another one and shuffling through them, he pulled out one more and looked over it, then put it under his arm. "Well, your family's papers should be in here somewhere, they are by Last names, so I hope you can find them." Volc said, looking at her.

Volc paused, "...I don't remember," He said, "Maybe you can find it in here while you are looking for your family, but as for me, I have to continue working." He sighed again, "So much work." He started walking back out to his desk, leaving the door open so they could still talk and see each other.

*she looked through a small stack, and found Elesmera's in the middle, and she looked at the last name* Volc I think I know who my family is *she stepped out of the room , and held up the file for him to see*

Volc took the folder and looked at the paper, then looked back up at Riku, his eyes wide, then back at the paper, then up at Riku, then back down at the paper, then back up at Riku, finally he said, "Wow..."

I can't believe it, I knew all her children were dead, but I guess that somehow I survived... *she said pointing to her name on the list of children it said she had died right after she was born*

Volc looked at the womans picture, then back up at Riku, "Now that I think about it, you do actually look like her." He said, reading it some more.
