These gates are very special- they sit, and have the usual 5 Placement barrier seal known to the akatsuki. Outsiders can not enter without finding these and removing them all at the same time.
(And I would also like to point out that unless you 'know' where our hideout is you can not possibly even get to the gates- thank you, Akatsuki is a hidden orinization. This applies to you yamidragoon stare Black Hyuuga stare game-lord stare (who is currently stuffed into Deidara's closet xd ))

yami appears from the shadows in his tsuchikage outfit on no one is able to see his face yami walks up the the gates and knocks on the gates and waits for someone to come to the gate
